1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdwln platform and all its associated services. By accessing the bdwln website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bdwln reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any conflict arises between a translated or alternative-language version and the English version, the English version shall be considered final and authoritative.

1.1 Scope of Services

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on the bdwln platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. bdwln may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Person One Account

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bdwln is ৳500. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service
• Upay — UCB digital payment

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed
• Withdrawals may be on hold during an ongoing verification process

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms:

The bdwln VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits are provided in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, and bdwln may change the VIP program terms at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdwln platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Bonus abuse or applying unethical tactics to exploit system advantages
• Introducing hacking, viruses, or harmful software into the platform
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Using a false identity or forged documents

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension and Closure

bdwln may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• To comply with legal obligations

11.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. All active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and any verified balance will remain withdrawable.
